Sue Aston is an outstanding classical violinist who has worked throughout the UK with many world-class musicians. Sue graduated with Distinction from the Birmingham Conservertoire, and since has worked with household names such as Nigel Kennedy, Yehudi Menhuin, Simon Rattle and Sir Charles Groves, as well as recording with musicians ranging from Gordon Giltrap to Chris de Burgh.
Sue's touch and musicianship are world-class, and her wide repertoire of popular classics creates a romantic, relaxing atmosphere for many kinds of events, parties, weddings and functions.
Solo violin - As a solo artist, Sue performs a large repertoire of classical music, as well as many popular classics and love songs - ideal for smaller events, parties, wedding ceremonies etc
Ensembles - Sue also performs in a variety of ensembles, ranging from string duo, the Classical Strings Trio, and the St Piran Quartet. The repertoire available covers classical music through the ages, jazz, songs from the Beatles to Scott Joplin and more.
